Brokerage Services
Our basic commission for our services is 5% of the purchase or sale price.
We offer brokerage services for real estate, cars, yachts and jets. This means that we connect sellers and buyers. We are the first on the market to offer the service for free if we cannot find a candidate in the time window.
This means that customer x presents his desire, his budget, if we accept the assignment, we create a contract for the assignment.
If we find the first candidate in question in the time window, which is 1 month for yachts and real estate from writing the contract, and 2 weeks for jets and cars, we are entitled to a 5% commission if the deal goes through.
If the deal does not happen, but we find a new candidate after the time window, we are still entitled to the commission.
If we don't find a single candidate in the time window, we don't charge anything for the services, even if we later find a lead that leads to a deal.
Our time window only includes introducing the buyer and seller to each other. The actual product presentations and arranging the displays are their responsibility.
